Managed Voice
Managed Voice is about taking some of the benefits of a traditional PBX and crafting a slightly different solution that adds to advantages:
- No maintenance: a disadvantage of purchasing a traditional PBX outright is the need to manage it yourself (or pay CTS any time changes are needed or something breaks), but by taking the managed voice path, you can achieve the traditional PBX benefits while having maintenance covered in the monthly price of the system. For instance, should the phone system go down and not come back up because of a power outage, CTS would come out free of charge to get you back up and running.
